Orders are freshly prepared and then frozen for shipment. Most orders arrive within 7–8 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, transit is generally 2–3 days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier receives your package.
Packaging Information
Perishable products are sealed and packed in an insulated, temperature-controlled shipping box with cooling materials selected for the expected transit time. Place products in the refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery. If your order arrives warm or damaged, photograph the package and contact us immediately so our team can help.
