We will contact you after you place your order with a form to fill out. In the form you will select from the following options:

• Color: Gold, Sterling Silver and Rose Gold
• Chain Length: 14 inches to 26 inches
• Spelling of your name - if you do not know how to spell your name, don't worry. We're here to help! Just write your name out in english on the form and we will take care of the rest. We will confirm the spellings with you before we make the necklace.

Since this is a custom item, tailored to your needs, we ask that you allow 10-15 days to receive your order. We hand make each piece and we want to make sure that each one is made just right.
