500 g Chicken breast fillet (s)
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mint
1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
1 teaspoon Cardamom, ground
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 Garlic cloves)
1 teaspoon Paprika powder, sweet
1 pinch salt and pepper

Wash the chicken breast, dab dry and then dice (if the dish is fried in the pan, you can also cut smaller). Put in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped mint and the spices. Season it using with salt and pepper as you like.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
For grilling, stick on wooden skewers or fry in a pan until crisp.
